This year’s Ash Wednesday service will be hosted on Zoom, much like the Blue Christmas service in December. While there will not be an imposition of ashes, each member will be sent a piece of square burlap with an ash cross (you should see those in your mailbox at some point next week). You are invited to have your piece of burlap on-hand for the service, as they will be incorporated into a prayer litany in which we remember that we are dust, but in Christ’s hands dust lives.
