Homebuilders Class

April 30-May 21
Room 111

“Between the Bookends”
Led by Karen Jones

The Pew Research Center defines the “Sandwich Generation” as adults who have a parent 65 years or older AND are raising a minor or supporting a grown child. Challenges ranging from managing medical diagnoses, guiding children, financially supporting family members, grief, and career can make these adults feel squeezed on all sides.

For four weeks, Homebuilders will take a look at these realities of modern life through a Christian lens. How would God ask us to handle this season of life? This discussion-oriented class for adults covers topics in Christian living, scripture, and church history. Formed to meet the needs of adults in the family-building stage of life, Homebuilders welcomes all.
