Understanding Your Grief: Ten Touchstones for Finding Hope and Healing Your Heart Discussion Group

ospice Austin is proud to announce a new group offering in early 2022. This group will use Dr. Alan Wolfelt’s Ten Touchstones to guide the discussion. The touchstones offer basic principles to learn and actions to take to help you engage with your grief and create momentum toward healing.

This evening group will meet on Zoom for 10-weeks. The number of participants is limited. Registration and the purchase of two books is required to participate in the group. The cost of the books is $25 when purchased together. Please let us know if the cost of the books would prevent you from attending!
