Beginning July 11 , Pastor Bobby will lead a sermon series based on Matthew 25.
Each week Bobby will look at one of the actions to which Jesus calls the church: drink for the thirsty, care for the sick, visits to the imprisoned, food for the hungry, hospitality to the stranger, and clothes for the naked. Each action is a concrete way in which we respond in gratitude to God’s grace in Jesus Christ. Jesus also reminds us in the parable that each time we do these things, we encounter Jesus himself in those we love and serve.
This sermon series will feature unique responses, testimonies and practical ways for the entire congregation to embody the six actions named in Matthew 25.
