Stephanie Mettler
Education DirectorStephanie grew up in the Midwest and learned faith in rich relationships, starting in infancy. Something started to click around age three, and she started to sense a deep calling in junior high and high school. This led her to Rocky Mountain College in Calgary, Canada (BA- Piano Performance); to graduate school and seminary at Baylor University and Truett Seminary (MM- Collaborative Piano; MDiv- Spiritual Formation); and to many wonderful and/or surprising places to live and serve.
During and after many years in school, Stephanie has worked as a freelance pianist/bi-vocational minister and in Christian camping ministry. Stephanie was ordained in 2016 and in 2019 received her Certification in Spiritual Direction through Truett Seminary. If you supply the green tea, she will gladly talk with you for hours about spiritual formation and the life of faith.
Stephanie has been a foster parent since 2017, and her little family also includes two sweet tabby cats.
